This spacious three bedroomed bungalow is situated at the lower end of Leyburn, in a quiet road, with uninterrupted panoramic views of Wensleydale and Coverdale. There is a large south facing garden with a pleasant stoned flagged terrace. The rear of the house has a spacious forecourt for visitors' cars, and a rose garden.
Low Riseborough will comfortably accommodate up to five people. All rooms which lead off a large entrance hall, have pleasant furnishings and are gas centrally heated with secondary double glazed windows. The large sitting room has comfortable chairs, a gas fire with stone surround, colour TV and desk. There is also a door onto the terrace. The dining room has a large extending table facing Ellerclose Road and the rose garden. The kitchen is also spacious with fitted units, gas cooker and grill. There is a separate utility room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer with access to the garage, suitable for one car, and second WC.
All bedrooms face south; one spacious double and one spacious twin room both with large fitted wardrobesetc, and one small twin room. The bathroom consists of bath/shower/washbasin, toilet, bidet, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.
Leyburn is a lively market town with several pubs, restaurants and tea shops. there are golf courses and many splendid walks in the vicinity. This is an ideal location for exploring the many attractions the Yorkshire Dales have to offer.
The bungalow is normally readly for viistors from 2pm on Saturdays - guests are asked to vacate by 10am. Bedding, towels, tea/coffee, soap powder and plenty of crockery are all provided.
